How long does it take for my doll to arrive?
From Covid et la guerre en Ukraine, le délais moyen total est de 75 à 90 jours pour la plupart des poupées sur mesure.

In-stock orders Europe or US

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, except during the Christmas period when delivery may take place on a Saturday. Orders placed from Monday to Thursday at 5:00 pm are generally dispatched the next day.
Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday or Tuesday.

The delivery time displayed on each doll is 5 to 7 working days on average (excluding weekends and public holidays). In reality, it often takes 96 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) from order to arrival at your door, depending on delivery rounds.

Custom-made dolls, why does it take so long?
Because each doll is custom-made just for you. So we have to make one for each order.
Once you have placed your order, we will check the options you have chosen with you.

• Within 24 hours of verification, we send your order to production.
• Your silicone doll or TPE is made to order in an average of 15 to 30 days. Starpery dolls can take up to 45 days, Elsa Babe and Fanreal up to 60 days.
• Our agents control quality independently of the manufacturers and leave the quality control report and the Ava Love Doll kit with your loved one.
• From Covid and the war in Ukraine, the average lead time is 75 to 90 days (excluding express transport).

Will I have to pay customs duties?
No, the price shown is the final price including transport, customs duties and VAT for all countries in the Euro zone. We take care of these costs, you have nothing to add (Excluding French overseas departments and territories, customs and sea taxes).

What delivery options are available?
All our dolls are delivered by UPS, DHL for custom-made versions.
Dolls in stock are delivered by UPS, DHL, Fedex, DB Schenker, Geodis.

Can I postpone delivery in case of unavailability?
Yes, you can defer delivery with UPS My Choice. You can also collect your doll directly from your local UPS center.

Is the shipping carton discreet?
Yes, the cardboard doesn't allow you to indicate the contents, but it's thick and strong, so it won't break open with a simple cutter stroke.
