You have tried to place an order in our store Ava Love Doll and it couldn't be validated. There are many possible reasons for this, and we'll take a look at some of them. Explanations & solutions.
PayPal does not offer payment in 4 instalments free of charge
Why not? There are three main reasons why PayPal does not offer payment in four instalments.
- The total amount of the order exceeds 2000 dollars or 2000 euros, 2000 CHF. PayPal authorizes payment in 4 instalments free of charge up to a maximum of 2000 euros / dollars or your local currency. If your order exceeds this amount, we can split your order so that you can benefit from this payment facility. To do so, simply contact us by phone at +33(0) 184 808 524 or by WhatsApp at +33(0) 768 823 370, via the website chat or by e-mail. e-mail.
- If you are a new PayPal customer and have no history with them, this feature can be disabled by default. Many customers create a PayPal account exclusively to benefit from this payment facility. However, PayPal, like any banking institution, can block this feature on your first purchases.
- You currently have another instalment outstanding.If you have a previous purchase of 1000 euros in 4 instalments in progress, then PayPal will grant you a second instalment of another 1000 euros, not 2000.
A concrete example You've bought a 1000-euro item in 4 instalments and now want to buy a 1500-euro doll. The total amount is therefore 2500 euros with PayPal. PayPal will not authorize payment of the doll for 1500 euros in 4 instalments, as the total exceeds 2000 euros.
Solutions We'll either split your order to fit under the threshold, or you'll have to wait until you've paid at least 500 euros at PayPal. Your outstanding balance will then be 1500 euros, and you'll be able to place your order for the doll.

Payment by credit card - Your 30-day limit has been reached
In the West, particularly in Europe, most bank cards are limited to a maximum amount of spending over a 30-day period. This limit is specific to your bank card and is defined as follows:
- From $ or €3,000/30 sliding days for Visa Classic or Mastercard Standard
- From $ or €8,000/30 sliding days for a Visa Premier or Mastercard Gold
- From $ or €12,000/30 sliding days for a Visa or Mastercard Platinum
- From $ or €15,000/30 sliding days for a Visa Infinite or Mastercard World Elite
A concrete example If you have a Visa Classic or Mastercard Standard card, you can spend a maximum of 3,000 euros or dollars over 30 days.
You've already spent 300 euros on fuel and 400 euros on food, for a total of 700 euros. This leaves you with a maximum expenditure of 2300 euros over the next 29 days. Problem: your doll costs 2,500 euros. You exceed the limit by 200 euros, and your bank will decline payment for the doll because you've exceeded the limit.
Solution To validate the purchase of your doll, log on to your bank's website or banking application and increase your 30-day rolling credit card limit. Please note that this operation may take a few days to take effect. If you are unable to raise the limit yourself, you can contact your bank to ask them to do so.
We can also split your order at your request to save you time, or if your bank refuses to upgrade.
Payment by credit card - Refusal of payment for security reasons
Your bank may also refuse the transaction because our bank is located outside your country. For security reasons and because the activity may appear unusual, the transaction may be declined.
Solution Contact your bank for authorization.
Alternative: bank transfer
If you would like to exceed this limit, or would simply prefer to pay by bank transfer, this is also possible. You'll need to enter our bank details in your account and initiate the transfer. Once the transfer has arrived, we'll send you an e-mail confirming receipt.
Choose this payment method when placing your order and our SEPA / SWIFT IBAN will be displayed. Couldn't make a note of the IBAN? No problem, we'll send it to you automatically within a few hours of placing your order.
The message will be available in your Ava Love Doll customer account and also by e-mail. Please note that given the sensitive nature of dolls and their assimilation into the 18+ world, our e-mails may end up in your junk box. Please whitelist us to make sure you receive them, as this is important for your order tracking.
If your bank blocks the transfer again, we have several accounts to make the transfer easier for you. Please contact us if you need one, and we'll send you another.
Transfer in bitcoin, ether or USDT
Last but not least, we accept payments in bitcoin, ether and USDT. You'll receive a 2% discount on all crypto payments. Why such a discount? To cover your transfer costs.
How does a crypto payment work? ?
- place your order as if you were making a bank transfer, but do not make the latter
- In your order note, specify that you wish to pay in crypto and tell us your preferred currency. You can also contact us by e-mail or telephone, site chat, WhatsApp if you prefer.
- we will send you the address for your crypto transfer
- once this has been received, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt.
Note on volatility. Given the high volatility of crypto compared to fiat, we recommend proceeding quickly with the transfer so that the amount sent in crypto is as close as possible to the fiat amount of your doll.
